Unity Bridge: Business & Community Breakfast Brings Together Leaders to Strengthen Ukrainian-American Connections
On November 6, Ukrainian American House hosted another Unity Bridge — Business & Community Breakfast, a gathering that traditionally unites leaders from the business community, nonprofit organizations, and churches to strengthen collaboration between Ukrainian and American communities. As alwayse, the event was held with the participation of Dmytro Kushniruk, Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco, whose ongoing encouragement and leadership continue to inspire unity and a shared vision for the future of Ukrainians in the United States. His presence highlighted the importance of partnership between community institutions and the diplomatic mission in advancing the interests of Ukrainians across California and beyond. The purpose of Unity Bridge is to provide a platform for dialogue, partnership, and the exchange of ideas that foster mutual understanding and cooperation. Over time, it has become a valued tradition — held every three months, it continues to bring together dedicated and inspiring individuals who are committed to building stronger, more connected communities. Ukrainian American House extends its sincere gratitude to all participants for their trust, openness, and shared commitment to community development. Special appreciation goes to our American friends of Ukraine, including Assemblyman Josh Hoover, Assemblyman Ken Cooley, and Major General Matthew P. Beevers, The Adjutant General of the California National Guard, for their steadfast support, friendship, and partnership with the Ukrainian community. During the breakfast, participants discussed current challenges, shared their experiences, and explored opportunities for joint initiatives that can benefit both Ukrainian and American partners. Ukrainian American House remains dedicated to developing Unity Bridge as a space for dialogue, collaboration, and unity — where bridges are built, communities grow stronger, and partnerships thrive.
