Runners Breakfast: an inspiring step toward a healthier life

Ukrainian American House together with USKO Realty, and Beautiful People hosted an uplifting event — Runners Breakfast, bringing together clients and friends to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

The morning began with a refreshing group run led by professional instructors who helped participants focus on proper technique, breathing, and pace. The sense of community, motivation, and positivity filled the atmosphere from start to finish.

After the run, guests enjoyed a nutritious breakfast, inspiring talks, and personal success stories that encouraged everyone to take small steps toward big changes.

Among the speakers were:
• Yuriy Doroshuk, ultramarathon runner and Iron Man participant;
• Maryna Smishko, Executive Director of Ukrainian American House, who shared how she lost 70 pounds and achieved excellent physical shape in a short time.

We also want to thank Svitlana Iotko, the event host, for her professionalism, warmth, and inspiring energy.

The event proved once again that health, movement, and self-development unite people.
Ukrainian American House plans to continue hosting such gatherings, as the community’s interest in a healthy and balanced lifestyle continues to grow.
