Vlad Skots, Co-Chair of Ukrainian American House and CEO of USKO Express Inc., participated as a featured speaker at the annual U.S.-Ukraine Business Forum 2026: Innovation and Regional Development, held in Washington, D.C., on February 4 on the sidelines of Ukrainian Week and the National Prayer Breakfast events.

Convened by the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), the Forum brought together top Ukrainian business, government, and regional leaders alongside U.S. companies, investors, and industry experts to advance dialogue on reconstruction, innovation, and regional development. The event continues to serve as a key platform for strengthening U.S.–Ukraine economic cooperation and shaping forward-looking investment strategies.

During the Forum’s high-level panel discussions, participants emphasized that Ukraine’s recovery is not merely reconstruction, but a comprehensive economic transformation driven by innovation, resilience, and strategic partnerships. The discussions closely aligned with the priority sectors outlined in the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (URIF), including regional recovery and infrastructure, strategic emerging technologies, and energy and minerals development.

Vlad Skots contributed to the dialogue as a moderator and industry leader, highlighting the critical role of private sector engagement, logistics infrastructure, and diaspora-driven partnerships in strengthening Ukraine’s economic future. His participation underscored the growing role of Ukrainian-American leadership in facilitating investment, collaboration, and sustainable development initiatives between the United States and Ukraine.

The Forum featured distinguished speakers and moderators from leading international organizations and institutions, reflecting a shared commitment to building resilient economic ties and supporting Ukraine’s long-term prosperity.
