Community Outreach During Consular Services Visit

During the recent mobile consular service visit, Ukrainian American House organized an outreach event aimed at supporting Ukrainian families in our community.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about a wide range of resources that can help them adapt more quickly and successfully to life in the United States — including available services and benefits, educational opportunities, career pathways, and solutions related to housing and other essential aspects of daily life.

These services are made possible through our trusted partners, including CDSS, PHI, Dignity Health whose support allows us to provide meaningful assistance to those in need.

Each time we host events like this, we are reminded of how important this work is. Many Ukrainian families in the U.S. continue to face challenges that require guidance, support, and practical solutions — and we are here to help address them together with our partners.

As a result of the event, appointments for follow-up support have been scheduled more than a week in advance, reflecting the strong demand for these services within the community.
