Ukrainian Kolo: A Family Fest for All Generations

This month’s Ukrainian Kolo will include a special milestone for Ukrainian American House and our partners at PHI as we celebrate the completion of an important stage of the URSI Program.

Over the past several months, Ukrainian American House has worked with a group of Ukrainian teenagers through educational, leadership, career exploration, and community engagement activities designed to help young people better understand their strengths, explore future educational and career pathways, and build confidence in their ability to succeed.

During the event, we will recognize and celebrate the achievements of these participants through a special graduation and awards ceremony. Students will receive certificates, gifts, and recognition for their commitment, growth, and active participation throughout the program.

In addition to this special celebration, guests will enjoy all the elements that have made Ukrainian Kolo a favorite gathering place for Ukrainian families across the Sacramento region: meaningful conversations, community connections, practical resources, family-friendly activities, delicious Ukrainian food, and exciting prize giveaways.

Dmytro Kushneruk
Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco

The Consul General will meet with community members and answer questions related to Ukrainian passports, consular services, documentation, and other important topics affecting Ukrainians living in the United States.

Vlad Skots
Chairman of Ukrainian American House and CEO of USKO

Vlad Skots will share information about educational and professional opportunities available through UA House programs and discuss pathways to employment and career development in the construction and skilled trades industries.

Activities for Families

Ukrainian Kolo is designed as a family-friendly celebration where everyone can find something meaningful and enjoyable.
