Immigration Pathway Workshop

The immigration landscape in the United States continues to evolve, creating uncertainty for many members of the Ukrainian community. Changes affecting humanitarian parole, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), employment authorization, and other immigration pathways have raised important questions about what comes next.
To help our community navigate these developments, UA House is hosting the Immigration Pathway Workshop for the Ukrainian Community featuring licensed immigration attorneys from Gavrilov & Brooks Attorneys at Law.
During this practical workshop, participants will receive up-to-date information on recent changes in U.S. immigration policy, learn how those changes may affect Ukrainians currently living in the United States, and gain clear guidance on available legal options moving forward.
The attorneys will discuss topics including:
- Recent immigration policy updates affecting Ukrainian nationals
- Humanitarian parole and TPS developments
- Employment authorization (EAD) updates
- Available pathways toward long-term legal status
- Practical recommendations for protecting your immigration case
- Live Q&A with licensed immigration attorneys
Whether you are currently in the U.S. under Uniting for Ukraine (U4U), humanitarian parole, TPS, or another temporary status, this workshop will provide reliable legal information to help you better understand your options and make informed decisions.
